Do I need my own sewing machine?
For Video courses, you can learn concepts first, then practice on your own machine. Our Live and Workshop sessions may offer loaner machines where noted in the course listing.
What materials should I have on hand?
Begin with universal needles, all‑purpose thread, cotton fabric scraps, measuring tape, pins or clips, and a seam ripper. Course pages include specific material lists.
Are the classes beginner-friendly?
Yes. Our Foundations path is designed for true beginners with no assumptions. We move in short, clear steps.
How long will I have access to videos?
Video courses include lifetime access for personal use. Please don’t share login details.
What if my machine keeps jamming?
Start with rethreading and a new needle. Our “Maintenance 101” and “Repairs & Troubleshooting Drills” courses offer structured checklists to resolve common issues.
Do you offer refunds?
If a course falls short of reasonable expectations, contact support within 14 days. We aim to resolve issues or provide a refund where appropriate.
Can I gift a course?
